This charming area offers one secondary and two elementary schools at up to a 15 minute walk distance. The Edmonds Sky Train station is just ten minute of walk away, and so is the nearest convenience store.
The co-op houses 70 units, most of them in the form of apartments in a four story building. Six of the units are beautiful two or three bedroom townhouses. The actual spread is following:
- 22 three-bedroom suites
- 38 two-bedroom suites
- 2 two-bedroom townhouses
- 4 three-bedroom townhouses
If you are interested in becoming a member of the co-op, you can apply by filling in the form and mailing it to our office. We always look forward to getting new friendly, dynamic and nice people to become our members whenever vacancies appear. Even when there are no vacancies, the new applications are welcome, and we will gladly put you on the waiting list for future reference.
